These terms provide general information about bookings and website use. Your confirmed booking may also include collection-specific terms shared by Cradle Studio.

Bookings

A session date is confirmed only after the required booking payment is received and acknowledged by the studio. Enquiries alone do not hold a date.

Payments

Collection prices, inclusions and payment schedules are confirmed before booking. Additional images, products, extended time or special requirements may carry additional charges.

Rescheduling and cancellation

Please notify the studio as early as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and the terms communicated at booking. Booking payments may be non-refundable where the date and preparation time have been reserved, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Late arrival and cooperation

Late arrival may reduce shooting time. Clients are responsible for arriving prepared and for supervising children unless the studio team is actively directing the photograph.

Image selection and delivery

Only selected, professionally finished photographs are delivered. Raw files and unedited proofs are not included unless expressly agreed. Delivery estimates may vary during peak periods.

Copyright and personal use

Cradle Studio retains copyright unless otherwise agreed in writing. Clients receive personal-use rights for delivered photographs and should not apply filters, alter the work substantially or use it commercially without permission.

Portfolio permission

Any use of client images for the studio portfolio, social media or promotion is governed by the consent provided in the booking agreement or separately.

Liability

We take reasonable care in planning and delivering services. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Website content

Website information and pricing may be updated without notice. Unauthorised copying of text, images, design or branding is prohibited.

AI-Assisted Editing

Cradle Studio may use software-assisted tools for image organisation, technical quality checks and selected retouching tasks. All delivered photographs remain subject to human creative direction and final review. Generative or material alterations beyond standard portrait finishing will not be treated as part of the ordinary workflow unless agreed with the client.
