When you contact or book with us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, session preferences, due date or child's age, preferred dates and any information you voluntarily share to help plan the photography experience.

Our website may also collect limited technical data such as browser type, device information, approximate location, referring page and interactions through analytics or hosting logs.

Photographs and portfolio use

Client photographs are not used for public marketing without the permissions set out in the applicable agreement or separately provided by the client. You may discuss privacy preferences before booking.

AI-Assisted Processing

We may use carefully selected software tools to assist with image organisation, duplicate detection, colour consistency and retouching quality checks. Cradle Studio retains human control over creative selection and final delivery. We do not use client photographs to train our own public AI models, and we evaluate third-party workflows with privacy and confidentiality in mind.
